Not transfer your account to another person.
Halo supports one active partner connection per account. Attempts to bypass this using multiple accounts may result in account suspension.
Halo exists to help couples stay connected.
You may not use Halo to:
Harass, threaten, or abuse another person.
Share another person's private content without permission.
Upload harmful software or malicious content.
Attempt to access or interfere with Halo's systems.
Create fake accounts or impersonate someone else.
Use Halo for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Halo, including its design, branding, software, logos, illustrations, and other intellectual property, belongs to Halo and is protected
by applicable laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of Halo without our written permission.
Some Halo features may require payment, including Touch Packs and future premium features.
Payments are processed through trusted third-party payment providers.
Prices may change over time and will always be displayed before purchase.
Unless required by law or by the payment provider's refund policy, purchases are generally non-refundable.
You may delete your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the service, or create risks for other users.
Any provisions that reasonably continue after termination will remain in effect.
Halo is provided "as is" and "as available."
While we work hard to provide a reliable experience, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
Halo is designed to support relationships, not replace communication, counselling, or professional advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Halo is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
If local consumer protection laws in your country give you additional rights, those rights will continue to apply where required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make significant changes, we'll notify you through the app, by email, or on our website before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of Halo after the updated Terms become effective means you accept them.
